This project required the strip-out of 7 terraces in Redfern. Each terrace was re-built with all new internal structural components as well as a complete fit out of new kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedrooms as well as a laundry extension to the back of the terrace.
Each terrace featured:
New spotted gum flooring in living area.
New tiled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone bench tops.
New balconies on the second level of the terrace with french doors and spotted gum decking.
Two new bathrooms with floor to ceiling tiles.
Deep skirting boards and architraves throughout in keeping with the traditional style of the terrace.
Tiled laundry extension with under cover area at rear of terrace.
